Ards and North Down (5.6), Mid and East Antrim (15.9), Belfast (19.6), Lisburn and Castlereagh (22.7), Fermanagh and Omagh (29.1), Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon (29.5), Mid Ulster (36.6), Antrim and Newtownabbey (44.9), Causeway Coast and Glens (45.1) and Newry, Mourne and Down (46.1), all have lower rates than Derry/Strabane.
The average rate for the north is 34.
